Testimony of Agripina Pedraza Martínez

On May 19, 2013, Agripina Pedraza Martínez gave her testimony about her experiences during the period of violence that occurred between 1980 and 2000. Agripina recounted the violence she suffered at the hands of the Ejército del Perú (Peruvian Army), the death of her son as a result of mistreatment, and the abandonment of her land and animals to flee to another town out of fear for her life. She currently lives in a rented house because she still feels afraid to return to her village. Information gathered during the production of the documentary "Nada queda sino nuestra ternura," directed by Sébastien Jallade and produced by Documental Peruano (2017).
