"Sin sentimiento, el último amanecer" (Without Feeling, the Last Dawn) is an Ayacucho film directed by Jesús Contreras that tells the story of Crisilda, a shy and unsociable young woman who lives in a prison-like state due to the pathological jealousy of her brother Fortunato — a well-known and prosperous trader with considerable local influence — who watches helplessly as several murders occur without the authorities taking action. The situation changes when Jorge, a cattle rancher who will try to help the young woman, arrives in the town. It premiered in 2007.
