Legal Report on the Manta and Vilca Case
Report on the configuration of a necessary theoretical framework to assess the criminal responsibility of members of the Ejército peruano for acts of sexual violence attributed to them by women from the district of Manta, as well as the criminal responsibility of two of the superior officials or military commanders of those individuals. This report was prepared at the request of the Estudio para la Defensa de los Derechos de las Mujeres (DEMUS).
