The Idehpucp, together with Abogados sin Fronteras – Canadá, Human Rights Research and Education Centre, University of Ottawa, Fundación para el Debido Proceso, Clinique internationale de défense des droits humains, Université du Québec à Montréal, and the Comisión Internacional de Juristas, submitted an amicus curiae to the Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos in the framework of the supervision of compliance with the judgments issued on November 30, 2001 in the Barrios Altos Case, and on November 29, 2006 in the La Cantuta Case.
