Law on the Search for Persons Disappeared During the Period of Violence 1980–2000
The purpose of this Law is to prioritize the humanitarian approach during the search for persons who disappeared during the period of violence 1980–2000, articulating and establishing measures relating to the search, recovery, analysis, identification and restitution of human remains.
