CASE OF CRUZ SÁNCHEZ AND OTHERS VS. PERU. JUDGMENT OF APRIL 17, 2015
The Court considers that in the present case it is not pertinent to order the payment of economic compensation for non-pecuniary damages on account of the violation of the right to life to the detriment of Eduardo Nicolás Cruz Sánchez, taking into account that this judgment constitutes, per se, sufficient compensation for non-pecuniary damages, and considering that the reparations relating to the investigation and dissemination of this judgment ordered earlier represent adequate reparation in the terms of Article 63.1 of the American Convention.
