Huanta, a Town That Seeks to Close Its Wounds
Huanta, an Ayacuchan province, is one of those with the highest number of deaths and disappearances recorded as a result of the political violence that swept the country between 1980 and 2000. Despite the passage of years, the relatives of the victims have still not found justice. They feel forgotten and demand more attention from the State.
