The Agency of Victim Families' Organizations in Post-Conflict Peru
This article examines the process of political and social participation of victims' organizations in the context of the creation of the Comisión de la Verdad y Reconciliación (CVR) and how this situation led to a new role for the leaders of these associations during the public policy formulation processes aimed at fulfilling their demands following the CVR's work.
