MOVADEF: Remnants of a Violent Phenomenon
MOVADEF, founded on November 20, 2009 and now just over a year old, has managed to field several candidacies in the most recent regional and municipal elections; similarly, in these presidential elections, it combined its best cadres with small groups with limited voter support and a more local character. Its mission? Apparently it is a very narrow platform limited to the amnesty of its supreme ideological leader: Abimael Guzmán Reynoso.
