In Defense of La Hoyada as a 'Sanctuary of Memory'
Through an official letter addressed to the President of the Council of Ministers, the Ombudsman requests that he order the corresponding measures to make the construction of the Santuario de La Hoyada viable, thereby fulfilling the commitment made by the State to the victims of terrorist violence.
