In light of the current existence of laws 26479 and 26492, the normative amnesty laws, we call upon Messrs. Paniagua, Ferrero, and García Sayán to promptly fulfill their undeniable commitment to humanity and comply with the international obligations of the Peruvian State. That is to say, to nullify the amnesty laws for human rights violators.
