Justice Left the Office and Approached "Dog's Ear"
In an unprecedented event, 158 peasants from Ayacucho communities in the "Oreja de Perro" area, who were wanted for the crime of terrorism, were acquitted in a judicial process that took place outside the usual spaces of the justice system. In the following pages we recount the details of this event, which may signal the beginning of a different way of handling the issue of wanted persons.
