Political Violence in the Peruvian Labor World

The political violence that the country endured during the 1980s and 1990s struck the Peruvian labor world deeply. However, before the outbreak of the internal conflict, violence was a constant within labor relations, though not on the scale of this period. Senderista violence is not the only cause that explains the painful events that occurred in the Peruvian labor world.
