Return to Hell: Survivors Return to Los Cabitos Barracks
Survivors return to the Los Cabitos barracks accompanying judges, prosecutors, and lawyers to the on-site inspection of the military base and the intelligence centers known as the "casas rosadas" — places that became centers of detention, torture, extrajudicial execution, and enforced disappearance in the early years of the internal armed conflict that Peru experienced between 1980 and 2000.
