Justice and Human Rights
Alongside truth, justice constitutes another fundamental concept in the drafting and discussion of the Final Report of the Comisión de la Verdad y la Reconciliación (CVR) that has been questioned by its critics — mostly politicians and opinion columnists who have objected to the document without reading it, or, if they have read it, without fully understanding it.
