Huanta Receives 92 Coffins from the Putis Massacre
The population of Huanta, a province in the Ayacucho region, today received with a large mobilization of authorities, public institutions, students, and human rights organizations 92 coffins of victims of the Putis massacre, committed by the military in 1984.
