So That It Is Not Repeated
Now that it has been 10 years since the presentation of the final report of the Comisión de la Verdad y Reconciliación (CVR), and given that there are interests seeking to bury it in the depths of oblivion, it occurs to me to recall that, viewed from a distance, what we lived through during that long and difficult period of our history was incubated over the preceding years, when unjust structures made possible the rise and development of a terrorist group.
