Peru's International Responsibility Before the Inter-American Court in the El Frontón Case
At a moment when the Constitutional Tribunal (TC) has just issued a ruling (No. 01969-2011-HC/TC) that seeks to evade responsibility for serious human rights violations in the El Frontón case, it is worth reminding the Peruvian State, and more specifically the Government, of the obligations arising from the judgment issued by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (Corte IDH) in the Durand Ugarte case.
