Sentences Reduced for Members of the Colina Group
The Permanent Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court reduced the sentences that the First Special Criminal Chamber had handed down against the main leaders of the Colina group, among them Vladimiro Montesinos, Nicolás Hermoza, Santiago Martin Rivas, and Carlos Pichilingüe, having annulled the charges of aggravated homicide and crimes against humanity that had been brought against them.
