Letter to the President of the Republic
By means of a letter dated January 23, 2013, addressed to the President of the Republic, Ollanta Humala Tasso, Aprodeh expresses its displeasure at the excessive and unjustified delay on the part of the Peruvian State in complying with the rulings of the Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos (CIDH) in relation to the cases La Cantuta, Baldeón García, Cantoral García, Gómez Palomino, and Anzualdo Castro.
