28 YEARS AFTER THE LARGEST MASSACRE, IT STILL HURTS

On December 13, 1984, in the locality of Putis – San José de Secce, the largest massacre recorded during the period of political violence was perpetrated: 123 people were killed in a cruel manner, the majority of them children, a considerable number of them women, as well as elderly people and men. After 28 years, the Ministerio Público was finally able to formally file criminal charges against the alleged perpetrators.
