8 Years After the CVR Report: The Opportunity for a Public Memory Policy and 'Never Again'

The new constitutionally elected government is not only a historic opportunity for change in equity and social inclusion policies. It is also an opportunity to promote reconciliation in our polarized Peruvian society. Today, despite the existence of legislative progress on reparations (in which we could even be said to be leading the region), the demands of victims and their families regarding compliance with the aforementioned regulations persist.
