Ombudsman's Office: Crimes of the Colina Group Are Crimes Against Humanity
A legal report prepared by experts from the Defensoría del Pueblo, which dismantles the thesis of the Sala Villa Stein, was submitted to the Poder Judicial and to the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. They are requesting that the ruling be annulled.
