Constitutional Court Upholds Complaint Against Decision That Sought to Close the El Frontón Case
The Tribunal Constitucional (TC) has just issued an important ruling on human rights matters. It concerns the resolution issued in case file No. 245-2007-Q/TC, dated December 14, 2007. This ruling is significant because through it, the TC decided to review the merits of a decision by a chamber of the Poder Judicial that ordered the annulment of the prosecution's charges against those allegedly responsible for the Matanza del Frontón.
