CAMPAIGN TO REPEAL SUPREME DECREE 051
Decree D.S. 051 cancels the registration of victims of political violence that we suffered during the years 1980 and 2000. This decree contravenes previous laws, which, combined with the delay in reparations and the meager amounts of these, makes it necessary to launch a national campaign through various victims' associations. We urge you to speak out by sending a letter to President Humala and to members of Congress.
