Sentence of Abimael Guzmán

CONVICTING MANUEL RUBÉN ABIMAEL GUZMAN REINOSO of the crime of Terrorism in its form of Aggravated Terrorism to the detriment of the State, as provided for in articles 1, 2, subsections b), d), and e) of Legislative Decree 046; articles 288-A, 288-B subsection f) of the 1924 Penal Code introduced by Law 24651; articles 288-A, 288-B subsections b) and f) of the 1924 Penal Code as amended by Law 24953; articles 319 and 320 subsection 6) of the 1991 Penal Code; and article 3, subsection a) of Legislative Decree 25475; and as the perpetrator of the crime against Life, Body, and Health of Aggravated Homicide. Imposing on the convicted the following sentences: On MANUEL RUBÉN ABIMAEL GUZMÁN REINOSO, THE SENTENCE OF LIFE IMPRISONMENT, which shall be subject to review after thirty-five years in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 921 and the Penal Enforcement Code; as well as the accessory penalty of three hundred and sixty-five days' fine, at a rate of four nuevos soles per daily installment.
