Theme and Museological Script of the Place of Memory
Fernando de Szyszlo declared a few days ago that the Armed Forces have an important role in the implementation of the Lugar de la Memoria. He also expressed that the military institutions understood that there is no bias in the subject matter or in the museological script, which will pay tribute to the victims of violence in Peru's past. But if the subject matter and the museological script have as their main source the CVR's Final Report, some questions arise about how a series of controversial aspects it contains will be reflected in the Lugar de la Memoria.
