Peruvian State Acknowledged Executions; Chavín de Huántar Commandos Deny Them

According to the CIDH there are indications that 8 terrorists were executed. The Supreme Court of Justice of Peru acknowledged that human rights violations were committed during the rescue of the hostages by imputing these crimes to Vladimiro Montesinos, Nicolás Hermoza, Roberto Huamán, and Jesús Zamudio, according to the report that the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (CIDH) submitted to the Peruvian State, a document to which La República had access.
