Ombudsman Report No. 139. Five Years into the Reparations and Justice Processes in Peru. Assessment and Challenges of an Unfinished Task

This Ombudsman's Report contains an assessment of the supervisory work on the issues of reparation and justice for victims of violence. In addition, the Report analyzes complaints regarding alleged harm to personal integrity received during the period 2003–2008, and reports on the follow-up of cases against the Peruvian State before the Inter-American System, as well as the work carried out by the Defensoría del Pueblo within the framework of Law No. 28413.
