Ombudsman's Report No. 97: Two Years Since the Truth Commission

As part of its constitutional mandate, the Defensoría del Pueblo has carried out various activities aimed at supervising the State's post-CVR actions. Much of the work carried out is presented in this Ombudsman's Report No. 97, which describes the progress and difficulties observed in the process of judicial proceedings for the 47 cases submitted by the CVR to the Ministerio Público and the Poder Judicial.
