The Sleeping Giant
On the third anniversary of the Final Report of the Comisión de la Verdad y Reconciliación (CVR), the issue of racism emerged in a forceful and surprising way. In fact, at several events held as part of the national campaign "La Herida Sigue Abierta" launched by the Para Que no Se Repita movement, speakers argued that the discourse on post-CVR activities had not addressed the topics of multiculturalism and indigenous peoples.
