Totos: Second Exhumation
We must start by acknowledging that exhumations and the entire process they entail are new experiences in the country, and there are not enough experts to allow us to approach these practices as we would wish. For this reason, the participation of foreign experts is necessary and fully justified. In the case of Totos, the support of three external experts has been secured, and around twenty Peruvian professionals have taken part.
