HUMAN RIGHTS: PENDING AGENDA
One of the most important points of the pending agenda on "human rights and political violence" is, obviously, the fight against impunity. Let us recall once again that in Peru an attempt was made to completely close the circle of impunity through a law that granted amnesty to all those who had committed human rights violations between 1980 and 1995.
