Is There Progress in Fulfilling the CVR's Recommendations?
To the titular question that we posed to several guests, the responses, in our opinion, agree that one cannot categorically assert that there is no progress at all — there is some, though little — nor that the end of the world of the post-CVR era has already been announced with the trumpets of the Apocalypse. But everyone also agrees that, more than a year after the Final Report was made public, it is evident that what the CVR proposed has not triggered the expected processes and that very little has been done.
