National Monitoring Report of the Collective Reparations Program
This document is the result of the Pilot Project Reparations Monitoring System, which the Asociación Pro Derechos Humanos - APRODEH is implementing in partnership with the International Center for Transitional Justice – ICTJ. This pilot has been carried out in a decentralized manner in the departments of Apurímac and Ayacucho, APRODEH's areas of intervention, which coincide with the departments most severely affected by the internal armed conflict.
