National Monitoring Report of the Collective Reparations Program – Phase II
This report focuses on examining the progress of the second phase of the PRC, given that it is the component of the Comprehensive Reparations Plan that reports the most progress and is being implemented through a specific program reaching a large number of regions across the country. It is worth noting that to date more than 900 population centers in 15 departments throughout the country have been prioritized, thereby reaching a significant number of rural and indigenous communities as beneficiaries of collective reparations.
