Reparations Council Issues Opinion on the Economic Reparations Proposal
By means of a press release dated April 1, 2011, the Consejo de Reparaciones reports that in a communication addressed to the CMAN, the members of the Consejo de Reparaciones recommended that the proposed Economic Reparations Program for victims of violence, whose implementation is currently being discussed, be consulted and agreed upon with the victims themselves, and that this should include a review of the criteria used to define the amount of the compensation.
