Frequently Asked Questions and Criticisms About the Statistics of Peru's Truth and Reconciliation Commission
This is a compilation of questions and challenges frequently raised regarding the statistics published by the Comisión de la Verdad y Reconciliación in its Final Report. The questions and challenges compiled were obtained by researching the archives of some Internet discussion lists and journalistic articles. In many cases they have been reformulated, removing much of the irrelevant content, making them more direct, and in many cases more serious than they originally were. We believe we have been fair to the questions and criticisms raised, neither simplifying them to make them easy to refute nor distorting their meaning.
