Inputs for the Debate on the Purpose, Nature and Procedures of a National Registry of Victims of the Conflict in Peru
The authors present an initial reflective essay based on a process of documentary research and interviews, following a framework of key questions whose possible answers provide a set of variables that can in turn inform the development of the topic. This document aims to contribute to the elaboration of the conceptual foundation and technical design of a national victims registry.
