Our "GENOCIDELEAKS" on the Pomatambo and Parcco Massacres
The massacres of Pomatambo and Parcco during Alán García's time are still unpunished. This is the translation of the secret cable sent by the US Embassy to the State Department in Washington. As can be seen, the embassy initially stated that the left-wing press accused the State security forces of those massacres, but it also reports that four journalists who visited the scene confirmed the killings.
