We Cannot and Will Not Forget: All Ayacuchans Sentenced to Death
Among the secret documents sent by the US Embassy in Lima to the State Department in Washington, we find one that summarizes the crossroads in which the people of Ayacucho found themselves in 1990. The best tribute to the victims and the families who still mourn their husbands, children, and siblings is to remember them vividly and demand that the guilty be punished, ALL WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
