THE FIGURES REVEAL THE GOVERNMENT'S INDIFFERENCE TOWARD VICTIMS
Continuation of the series on the Victims Census. Although the massacres ended in 2000, the victim figures reveal the true policy of the government. To date, only 9% of the total number of victims are registered in the Registro Único de Víctimas (Single Victims Registry) and their families are entitled to a possible compensation to alleviate their suffering.
