Summary: The military is incapable of defending the country for an extended period against a tenacious regional adversary for a cariety of reasons: inadecuate preparedness, budget constraints, logistical weaknesses, equipment shortfalls, insufficiente training, lack of joint coordination, intelligence shortfalls, and uneven leadership.
