Terrorism in Peru. A Threat to the Security of the American Continent?

The present work is organized into five chapters and has as its primary purpose to make known the origin, development, and future projection of the two most important terrorist groups operating in Peru, which were responsible for the deaths of 26,829 people and economic losses exceeding 26 billion dollars; in an arbitrary and illusory race to seize power through violent means, using all available resources and all forms of struggle, many of them forbidden by reason and universal humanitarian law, and which run counter to the norms of Peruvian law.
