The prison massacre that occurred in June 1986 was an event that shook the country. Not only were there more than 200 deaths, but there was also irreparable damage to the democratic regime. Amid that barbarity we must place the tragic stories of Nolberto Durand Ugarte (23) and Gabriel Ugarte Rivera (35).
