The Hour of Truth
Almost two years after being established, and with only a few months remaining before completing its work, the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (CVR) has begun to disseminate, through its spokespersons, some of the results achieved after an arduous and far from easy task. Testimonies, research, systematizations, and interpretations regarding the period of political violence that the country suffered between 1980 and 2000 have formed an impressive documentary mass that will undoubtedly serve as indispensable support for understanding what happened and thus more firmly advancing our democratic construction.
