MAIN HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS BY THE ARMED AND POLICE FORCES
During the last 20 years of political violence in Peru, the state officials responsible for human rights violations have not been investigated, much less sanctioned. In this context, as a contribution to the recovery of our historical memory, the Asociación Pro Derechos Humanos, APRODEH, presents a first preliminary report that summarizes human rights violations, the actions of armed groups and paramilitary groups such as the so-called Comando Rodrigo Franco, among others, that occurred during the government of former president Alan García Pérez.
