Indirect Perpetration by Organization in the Sentence Against Fujimori

The ruling of the Supreme Court of Peru in the Fujimori case consolidates the theory of indirect perpetration through an organization in national and international jurisprudence, thereby confirming that indirect perpetration through an organization is the most appropriate dogmatic structure for judging crimes committed from and through organized power apparatuses. However, it cannot be said that this development has concluded; on the contrary, it remains open. A clear example of this is the efforts of national and international legal scholars to concretize the principles set forth.
