Recent History and Social Responsibility
The four authors whose works are presented below had to apply their knowledge in operations to clarify the past, which had consequences for the democratic transition and the future of a society. They offer their testimony and provide a balance of that experience, which in all cases is situated between the late 1990s and the beginning of this century. We will not be surprised to see the same words repeated from one work to another: truth, responsibility, challenge; they had to work amid urgency and practically without precedent, overcoming difficulties day by day.
