UN-PERU: POLICY TO LIMIT BIRTHS

Next Monday, July 6, the Peruvian government will submit its report to the monitoring committee of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW). The report reveals that the Peruvian government is committed to an aggressive reduction of birth rates rather than to promoting women's rights.
